Family Friendly Dinners

Here you can find a range of family-friendly dinner ideas, great for toddlers, kids and adults. They have been tried, tested and approved by my two little foodies (and thousand others!)

I'm a massive advocate of families eating together and have written about the many Benefits of Family Meals.

All recipes are quick and easy to make or can be prepared in advance. Most are freezer friendly to make meal planning easier and they use simple, easy to find, ingredients

Most recipes are customizable and give alternative ingredient suggestions to suit pickier eaters or to what you have available at home. They are also packed with vegetables (because most of us struggle to meet our vegetable intake for each day.)
