We had a lot of fun making (and eating) these Melon Ball Snowmen. Melon is one of Finn's favourite fruit so we always have at least one variety in our fruit bowl. We used cantaloupe melon to make this fun festive snack. We started by using the large end of a melon baller to make the snowman's body and then the smaller end to make the heads. Next we gently skewered the melons balls onto a lollypop stick. We had really big, juicy raspberries and cut the bottom off which we used to wrap round the snowman as a scarf. The top made a perfect hat. Chia seeds were used for adding detail - making a mouth, eyes and the buttons.
