Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (230g) cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey , adjust to taste 1tsp - 2tbsp
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth. You may need to stop and shake the blender and/or scrape down the sides.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness to suit.
