Ingredients

  • ½ cup / 130g cottage cheese
  • ½ peach ,diced
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint ,finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon honey (optional, do not add if serving baby)

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a bowl and top with the cinnamon, chopped peaches, mint and honey.

Adjust amounts of peach, cinnamon, honey and mint to suit taste. 
If serving a baby, use low-sodium cottage cheese, omit the honey, and ensure the peaches are very ripe to avoid choking. Please take a look at the recipe FAQ section for more details.
