Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are a super delicious dessert or snack. They are so simple to make and only require two ingredients (with additional toppings if desired.)
- 6 Medjool Dates
- 6 tsp Peanut Butter * See Note 1
- Optional Toppings * See Note 2
Carefully remove the pits from the dates. Be careful to keep one side of the date intact. You want to add a slit to hold the peanut butter rather than splitting the date in half. (See picture above)
Add a tsp of peanut butter to each date.
Add toppings if desired.

- I use natural peanut butter with no added salt, sugar or oil. You can replace the peanut butter with any nut butter or tahini.
- You can eat them as they are or add toppings of your choice. I love them with a sprinkle of cinnamon but you could add cacao powder, crushed nuts, coconut, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds or drizzled chocolate.
