Pre heat oven to 180C / 350F and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Mash the bananas and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the oats, oat flour and cinnamon and stir until combined.
Form table spoon balls of the mixture and lightly press down onto the baking tray. Form an indent with your thumb and spoon in some chia jam.
Bake for approx 12 mins, until they become firm and slightly golden. Transfer to a cooling rack.
