Pears
½
teaspoon
Ground Ginger
(more or less to taste)
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 100C / 200F / gas ¼ and line two baking trays with grease proof paper (or use a silicon mat)
Slice pears very thinly and lay on the trays in a single layer.
Lightly sprinkle with ginger
Bake for 1 hour, turn the pears and bake for a further hour.
