  • 3 Pears
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger (more or less to taste)


  • Pre heat oven to 100C / 200F / gas 1/4 and line two baking trays with grease proof paper (or use a silicon mat)
  • Slice pears very thinly and lay on the trays in a single layer.
  • Lightly sprinkle with ginger
  • Bake for 1 hour, turn the pears and bake for a further hour.


A great snack or perfect for a pack lunch box.
