Mango Yogurt

- 1 Ripe Mango (NOTE 1)
- 1¼ Cup (310g) Natural Greek Yogurt
- ½ Lime , zest and juice of
Add all the flesh of the mango to a food processor/blender and blitz until smooth.
Add the yogurt, lime and half of the mango puree to a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Serve in bowls and add the remaining puree on top to swirl through.
- If fresh mangoes are not available, choose frozen mangoes (defrosted). You could also use canned mangoes but make sure they are packed in water or natural juices and not syrups which is not recommended for babies / young children.
- You can decide the ratio of mango puree to yogurt. This will depend on how sweet the mango is and you / your child's taste preference. If your child is used to flavoured kids yogurt you may find you need to add all the mango puree but this can be slowly reduced over time.
