  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 drop Vanilla extract
  • 1 Apple


  • DIP
  • Mix together the peanut butter, yogurt and vanilla.
  • Slice the apple into 1/2 cm slices.
  • Lay slices flat and chop into "fries"
  • Discard any core pieces.


For fun factor, serve the apples in a fries container.
