Apple Yogurt
Apple puree/sauce is stirred through plain yogurt to make this delicious, naturally sweetened yogurt.

- 1 Apple (Peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1 cup (250ml) Plain Yogurt
Place the chopped apple into a small saucepan along with 3tbsps of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the apple is very soft (10-20 mins depending on apple variety and size of chunks).
Puree until smooth and allow to cool.
Add the yogurt and pureed apple to a bowl and mix well.
- Chop apples into similar sized pieces for even cooking.
- Make a large batch of apple puree and freeze in ice cubes to have available whenever required.
