Healthy Popsicles for Babies and Kids

Delicious and healthy popsicle made with fruit and veggies. The perfect size for babies and toddlers.

Ingredients

  • 135g (1 cup) Mango chunks
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Carrot (grated)
  • 125ml (½ cup) Milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour the mixture into the molds of a madeleine cookie tin, ice pop molds or large ice cube trays. 
  • Add a popsicle stick into each popsicle.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.
