Frozen Smoothie Drops

A healthy snack.


  • 1 cup Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 15 Raspberries


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Fill a piping bag or a zip lock bag (snipped at the corner) with the mixture
  3. Squeeze dots onto a baking sheet
  4. Place in a freezer until frozen (a couple of hours) and then empty into a zip lock bag / tub.
  5. Store in the freezer.

Try mixing the yogurt with different fruits to make a variety of colours and flavours.
