Equipment

  • Star Cookie Cutter
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 slice of watermelon

Instructions

  • Peel the kiwi.
  • Cut the kiwi into round slices and then cut each slice in half/
  • Arrange the slices into a tree shape by placing two slices back to back on the plate. The straight, cut edge, should be facing out. Repeat underneath with another two slices and then again with the final two slices.
  • Cut out a "pot" for the tree using the kiwi peel and place at the base of the tree.
  • Using a star cookie cutter cut a star from the slice of melon and place on the top of the tree

Notes

SNACK TIP: Why not try adding some cheese cubes as parcels at the bottom of the tree. This will add some fat and protein to make this a more complete snack.
Don't have watermelon? Try using apple, pear or a different melon variety.
