Slice the tip of the pear off and place the raspberry on to represent Rudolph's nose.
Using a sharp paring knife, carve two small holes towards the thicker end of the pear for the eyes. Place the blueberries in the holes. You may need to go back and forth at this stage to get the holes big enough for the blueberries to fit. Take your time to get the correct sized holes.
Peel the carrot and slice, lengthways, to make strips (around 3mm (⅛th inch)) thick.
Using a sharp paring knife, cut two antler shapes from the strips
Using a shape knife, carve two small holes, just behind the eyes, and fit the antlers in.
