Cannellini Bean Spread

A great spread to add to toast, sandwiches, rice cakes, pitta bread or loaded onto crunchy vegetable sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin cannellini beans (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mash the beans in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

Notes

Why not try adding some fresh herbs.
