Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas
These pan-fried cinnamon bananas take bananas to a whole new level of deliciousness. With just three simple ingredients and a skillet, you can serve these soft and sweet bananas in 10 minutes.

- 1 Banana cut into 1.5cm (½ inch rounds)
- 2 teaspoon Coconut Oil (or butter)
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Heat coconut oil, over medium heat, in a nonstick skillet. Once melted stir in the cinnamon.
Add the banana slices and fry for 3-4 minutes. Pay attention to the temperature, you want them to caramelise but not burn. You may need to adjust the temperature up and down as they cook.
Gently flip and cook on the other side for a further 3-4 minutes.
Using a non-stick skillet will reduce the amount of fat you need to use. Depending on the skillet you use, you may find that you need to add more coconut oil/butter.
