Tattie Scones
STEP 1
Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Allow to cool.
STEP 2
Add flour and room temperature butter.
STEP 3
Mix together to form a dough.
STEP 4
Split the dough into 3 equal balls.
STEP 5
Roll each ball into a circle approx. 5mm (1/4 inch thick)
STEP 6
Cut around a side plate to make a neat circle.
STEP 7
Prick with a fork and cut into quarters
STEP 8
Cook for 3-5 mins on each side.
