Avocado and cheese is one of Finn’s favourite sandwich fillings. I use the same filling in many different forms. Simple sandwiches, stuffed in pitta bread, on top of English muffins, in quesadillas and in wraps. I sliced this wrap to form mini bite size rolls. They went down a treat.
Avocado and Cheese Rolls
- 1 avocado - mashed
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 large tortilla
- Mix the avocado and cheese together.
- Spread the mix onto the tortilla
- Tightly roll up the tortilla.
- Slice into small bite size pieces.
